Alright! CNY's here! It's angpau-collecting time! Here's wishing you all a prosperous Chinese New Year! Oh, by the way, today so happens to be Mr. James Chen's birthday too.

Enjoy this rather short CNY while it lasts; next year, we can have CNY as long as we want, eh?

The holidays begin.

Okay, our first holidays for 2006 begin. Well, we had some holidays earlier this month, but those were one-day holidays. However, unfortunately, the Chinese New Year holidays are like, about 6 days? Real short. Bummer.

Well, I'd better remind all of us to do our homework, otherwise I doubt there's time for us to finish it; school resumes on Thursday.

1)Chemistry. The handout Pn. Voon gave us, and the chemical equations for carbon compounds.
2)English Oral. Um, I think it's Alleem's team up first, followed by Agan's.
3)Maths. More graphs to draw.
4)I'm not sure whether it's for real, but I heard Pn. Voon won't be around next Thursday, though if she wanted, she'd still give us a test. 50 objective questions. One wrong, one stroke of the cane, and Haziq S. added, for each correct answer, she'll give us one 'blow'.

If I've time during this short holidays, I'll attempt to start on our class blog background. Otherwise I'll just make a hardcopy birthday calendar to put up in class.

Check out Face Analyzer

Nothing interesting.
It's just that.......when you're really bored, go there and screw around a little bit.

Bah, Shaun would probably get rid of the link anyway. (It's in the "Links" section)

Damn.....

Like screw it man!! It's just that Chinese New Year is so near and I'm still here rotting in front of my computer....

Tentative reports are in, but I'm sure they're accurate enough. Our class has managed to secure 2nd place, Form 5 Category, in the last Cross-country Race last Saturday. Congratulations to those heroes who made this possible(positions are given, but I can't recall everyone):

Agan(14th)
Jonathan(7th)

Jardian(30th)
Haziq S.(13th)
Alleem S.(5th)

Um, unfortunately, those are who I managed to recall during the post. My apologies if I left your name out. And if I put in the wrong name, don't suck all the glory, but point out my mistake.

Reminders:
1)Chemistry PEKA, due tomorrow.
2)Maths, latihan 1.1e
3)Add Maths, attempt questions 17, 18, 19 and 20.

Good Luck Brothers!

Friday the 13th, it could have been one of those bad luck days, but, to me, I didn't find it so. Tomorrow's the Cross Country Race, and I'm sure Agan's done a good job with the training.

So, I'd like to wish our team good luck, all 10 of you. Make our class proud. You know, if one of you guys had a camera, and we got top 3, or hopefully, 1st, I'd like a picture for the blog.

Reminders:
1)BM Essay - Do the essay on 'Kepentingan BI'
2)Maths - Exercise 1.1e
3)Add Maths - Questions 17, 18, 19, 20, if you're up to it
4)Physics - Two reports on the ripple tank experiments

First Birthday of the Year!

Alright guys! Isaac's got the honours of being the first guy to celebrate his birthday this year. Jolly good show, I say. Now he'll be getting his practical driving theory while the rest of us are still waiting for our birthdates to come soon.

But first, a reminder, or two, or a couple more:
1)Chemistry report, get it done by today.
2)Maths, just do those two questions given to us by Pn. Goh.

Oh, that's only two. Well, on to the good part...

HAPPY 17TH BIRTHDAY ISAAC!! 17 years old already! Keep on kicking Warrior!

New Arrivals and Reminders

New arrivals for new year. As we're settling (uncomfortably) into the hectic schedule of Form 5, we must not forget the 3 new members of our class, who replaced the (soon-to-be-forgotten) Lester Lim, and (much-beloved) Cosmus Tseu.

Invitations have been sent to our 3 new friends to our class blog, and we'll be expecting them shortly.

As events go, we must officiate moments like these. So, as a representative of the class, I would like to welcome the three new members of our class, and blog.

Darren Chin
David Ling
Richard Liaw

Aside from that, a few reminders:
1)BM Essay, to be handed in tomorrow
2)Chemistry homework, the worksheets, to be handed in (ONLY if you want the extra 5 marks, and who wouldn't?)
3)Read up, or if you've read it already, re-read to refresh your memory, John Steinbeck's 'The Pearl'.

Note: I have decided for the best that administrative powers are to be limited to the regular and active members of our blog, and not to everyone. This is for security reasons. Also, active members must use these powers responsibly, or face withdrawal of said powers. If any of you were wondering, here's a list of abilities granted by administrative powers:
1)Invite/Kick members
2)Modify blog template
3)Grant/Strip admin powers for non-admin/admin members, respectively
4)Edit/Delete posts
5)Modify blog settings
